Mat 1 – Front Room
Mat 2 – Back Room
Tiny Tots BJJ – 30 min
Kids BJJ – 40 min
Fitness Kickboxing – 45 min
Leg Locks – 25 min
All others – 50 min
Tiny Tots: 3-4 years old
Kids: 5-7 years old
Juniors: 8-12 years old
Teens: 13-15 yeard old
Juniors and Kids: 6th grade and down
Wrestling Club: 7th-12th grade
Must train 3 months before doing Thai Boxing
